This dripper (or brouilleur) is used as a single server to add water and sugar to your absinthe. The dripper is sat on top of your glass then ice and water are placed inside of the dripper and a cube of sugar on the round tray below. With a small hole in the bottom of the dripper, the cold water pours onto the sugar cube allowing the sugar and water to mix.
